Bhadrachalam: The hundi collection of the Sita Ramachandra Swamy temple touched Rs 1.11 crore mark on Monday.
The hundi contributions were counted at Chitrakuta Mandapam in the temple premises.
The counting was held from 7 am to 8:30 pm. Apart from cash, 126 gm of gold and 1.2 kg of silver were donated to the deities, the temple Executive Officer T Ramesh Babu said.
The total revenue accumulated in the hundi during the last two months was counted. Devotees turned out at the temple in large numbers during the last week of May and June.
The number of visitors to the temple was high during holidays and Ramzan season.
