The State Legislative Assembly session was adjourned to Tuesday after passing two Bills followed by farmers’ issues. Deputy Speaker Padma Devender Reddy, who was in the chair, adjourned the House after discussing farmers’ issues, including investment of Rs 8,000 for two crops a year and constitution of coordination committees. 

Hyderabad: The State Legislative Assembly session was adjourned to Tuesday after passing two Bills followed by farmers’ issues. Deputy Speaker Padma Devender Reddy, who was in the chair, adjourned the House after discussing farmers’ issues, including investment of Rs 8,000 for two crops a year and constitution of coordination
committees.

The Treasury benches gave replies to the questions posed by the Opposition members on problems of farmers like loan waiver, fresh loans and coordination committees for MSP to farm produce.

Leader of the House and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao affirmed to help the farmers, who are seeking help in several districts. The House approved the Bills, including Amendment to the Gaming Act and Amendment to Act of Telangana Land Rights – Pattadar Pass books. Later, the House was adjourned to the next day.
