Sleep early, get up early: KTR to Padma Rao
IT Minister K T Rama Rao on Friday asked Excise Minister T Padma Rao Goud to get up early and get involved in party activities at least for one week
Hyderabad: IT Minister K T Rama Rao on Friday asked Excise Minister T Padma Rao Goud to get up early and get involved in party activities at least for one week.
The Minister made these comments while he was addressing a meeting of the city leaders at Secunderabad on Friday. While stating that city people were habituated in getting up late, Minister Padma Rao laughed at the comment. However, K T Rama Rao was quick to say that he was talking about Padma Rao only.
“In Hyderabad everyone gets up late... everyone is a Nawab here. I am talking about you (while Padma Rao was laughing). He will not sleep early and gets up late in the morning. Get up early and get involved in activities of the public meeting at least for the next one week,” said Rama Rao.
The Minister further made comments on Padma Rao and this time Home Minister N Narasimha Reddy hinted the IT minister.
While the IT minister was asking the party cadre to show the same enthusiasm and creativity, which they show during the Ganesh festival and Bonalu Jatara for the public meeting, the Home Minister pointed out finger towards Padma Rao, who organises these festivals on a grand scale in his constituency.
The IT Minister wanted the Ministers from the city to concentrate on bringing as many people as possible and make the meeting historic. He said that he would ensure video graphing of the number of vehicles each MLA would bring to the public meeting.
