Dummagudem ( Kothagudem): CPI-M politburo member Brinda Karat, while speaking at a public meeting in Dummagudem, appealed to the people to vote for the party candidate and inflict a decisive defeat on the TRS, BJP and the Congress-led people’s front.
She introduced CPI-M candidate Dr M Babu Rao at this meeting. Anti-people policies being pursued by Prime Minister Narendra Modi had inflicted sufferings on the common people, Brinda Karat said. She accused Modi of pursuing the policies of deception. The CPI-M leader was here on Thursday to campaign for the party nominee for Bhadrachalam Assembly M Babu Rao.
Speaking to the press on the occasion, she came down heavily on Modi for neglecting common public. She also found fault with the Congress- led Praja Kutami and described it as unethical alliance. She criticised the TRS government for its decision to go for early elections.
CPI-M candidate Babu Rao , Party leaders Venkat, Bandaru Ravi Kumar, Sunnam Rajaiah, A J Ramesh, M B Narasa Reddy, G S Shanker Rao, and Renuka, Sarath Babu, G.Swamy were present.
