Peddemul: Congress party candidate Rohit Reddy campaigned in thandas of Baimeedi, Urenti, Adikicherla, Ramsingh, Pashapur. Speaking on the occasion, he assured people of resolving the issues they have been facing. He criticised the care-taker minister Mahender Reddy for neglecting the development in the thandas. “Even now, some thandas are not having proper drinking facility. Whatever the development was seen here was the work done during the regime of Congress,” he said.

Rohit appealed people to defeat TRS candidate with a huge margin. He promised loan waiver of Rs two lakh for the farmers and six LPG gas cylinders to women yearly. DCC delegate Dhara Singh, mandal party president Narayan Reddy, Laxman Naik, Shivaram, Babu Singh, Rahim, Venkatreddy, Amboji, Vijay, Srikanth Reddy, Ramu Naik accompanied him.

Questions Mahender on development

Yalal: Congress candidate for the Tandur Assembly segment Rohith Reddy questioned the caretaker Minister Mahender Reddy about the kind of development happened during the rule of TRS government. Rohith demanded that the minister should explain people about the development works taken up with Rs 1,800 crore, as claimed by the party. Rohith participated in an election campaign, along with municipal chairperson Sunitha Sampath on Sunday in several areas in the town. Speaking on the occasion, he alleged that the three-time minister from the constituency had failed to establish polytechnic and engineering colleges in this region. “Don’t our children need higher education?” he questioned.

Rohith appealed to farmers and women to vote for him. He expressed confidence of the Congress party winning in Tandur. He criticised the TRS government for neglecting Shiv Sagar reservoir. Rohith promised to take up the construction of the reservoir. He also promised various welfare measures if voted to power.
