She said that they were conducting free voter enrolment programme in the corporator office for the past few days. She appealed to the people to enrol as voters. People who completed 18 years of age, those who missed their names in the voters list of recently held Assembly elections should enrol, Shanthi said.
She also said that even one vote has the potential to impact the results. In the recent first phase of gram panchayat polls the same happened, the corporator observed. Local leaders Sekhar, Yadagiri, Vittal Yadav, Chandrasekhar, Katta Buchanna Goud and Khaleel were present.
