Visakhapatnam: TalentSprint, a pioneer in creating high performance professionals in the banking and IT sectors with presence across the southern States, launched its latest centre in the city on Monday. With the launch of this centre, TalentSprint aims to offer best-in-class blended learning that combines contact programmes with state-of-the-art self-learning technologies in order to provide a much-needed fillip to banking aspirants of this city.

TalentSprint’s new centre would offer a 24x7 learning and practice platform to help graduates fit into various roles in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The programmes that would be offered at the centre include bank exam preparation, certification courses in the BFSI space and other industry-readiness programmes like aptitude, communication and interview skills.

TalentSprint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Santanu Paul said, “There are over 1,00,000 openings this year alone in public sector banks. It is our goal to provide best-in-class skill development facilities that are accessible to students well beyond the main cities. The launch of our centre in Visakhapatnam is in line with this objective. BankersChoice, which enables comprehensive classroom learning coupled with 24x7 online learning, will go a long way in making job-seekers ready for highly aspirational and competitive bank jobs. The BFSI industry is one of the leading employers of fresh graduate talent in India. There are over 4.5 million professionals working in the industry currently, which is expected to more than double by 2020 (NSDC report on BFSI industry).”

The company’s world-class training centres are located in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai.
