Karimnagar: All the government departments and other organisations must become a part of Karimnagar Smart City Project, District Collector Sarfaraz Ahmad said.

Speaking on the occasion, the Collector suggested the officials to prepare perfect report keeping in view of population increase for another 10 to 15 years for growth and development to take place along with providing all kinds of facilities to the people.
He directed the officials to give suggestions to make the city smart about laying of proper roads, installing signals and lights, providing medical services, establishing parks and proper transport facilities along with parking places for preventing traffic problems.
In the Smart City Project, the areas, where more business takes place, would be developed along with providing all basic facilities for the convenience of the people, he said.District Medical and Health Officer Dr Rajesham, District Labour Officer Gandhi, R&B Executive Engineer Raghavachary, Chief Planning Officer Subba Rao, Ashok Rao and Municipal Commissioner were present along with others.
