The Hyderabad Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants of India (IMCI), organised a panel discussion on MBA placement ecosystem at Sri Indu Institute of Management here on Thursday. 

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants of India (IMCI), organised a panel discussion on MBA placement ecosystem at Sri Indu Institute of Management here on Thursday.

This is part of IMCI's ongoing initiatives to bring together all the stakeholders in the recruitment ecosystem, namely, Industry, Placement Coordinators, Competency Development Providers and MBA Students. The event has begun with key note speech by the Principal of Sri Indu Institute of Management, Dr N Bhaskara Rao. The Chairman, IMCI Hyderabad, VijayaSaradhi gave the brief introduction of the IMCI and show light on the initiatives being taken by the chapter.

The Chairman of the IMCI, Hyderabad Chapter stated, "One of the strong areas of focus for our chapter is building strong industry-academic partnerships and these types of industry-academia meets are one way to fulfil the objective." Former Chairman, Vinay Kumar introduced the panel members to the audience. Vijay Kalle SVP Altruista Health spoke about the key aspects in the preparation for the interview.

Amar Chegu, Director of Cosmic Management Services, shared his viewpoint about the meaning of success and what is required from the students as part of MBA curriculum. Sreenath Raju, Founder and Managing Director at Smart Steps, gave valuable interview tips to the students. Dr N Bhaskara Rao, highlighted on the academic side and also shared the ways in which institutes is putting efforts in making the students industry ready.
