Ameenpur: Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy on Monday promised basic facilities in all colonies of the newly-formed Ameenpur municipality, after launching Rs 42-lakh CC road works in Vaninagar of Ward-III. Addressing the gathering, he said that there were about 100 colonies in the municipality, which witness floating population because of proximity to Hyderabad.
The MLA appealed to the people to take part in the development of municipal areas. Municipal chairman Tummala Panduranga Reddy, vice-chairman Narsimha Goud, local councilor Kalpana Reddy, municipal commissioner Vemana Reddy, TRS leaders, activists and residents of Vaninagar were present.
