RTC employees clashing with police when they tried to burn the effigy of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in Kamareddy on Monday
Kamareddy: A conductor's hand was fractured during a melee between RTC employees and police in Kamareddy on Monday.The RTC workers continued their strike in Kamareddy and Yellareddy.
On the 10th day of the their strike, rhe RTC workers took out a mock funeral procession with the effigy of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and tried to burn it in Kamareddy town. The police tried to stop the protestors from burning the effigy and a clash broke out between the two groups.
In this ruckus, a conductor, Rajesh's hand was broken while he was trying to burn the KCR's effigy. His colleagues shifted him to the hospital. Meanwhile, leaders of all political parties and people's representatives extended their support to the RTC workers' strike.
