Cricket tourney comes to an end, winners felicitated
The Pratheek Memorial Cricket Tournament, which started on August 25 came to an end on September 2, in Nalgonda where 32 teams from Suryapet, Yadadri- Bhongir and Nalgonda participated.
Nalgonda: The Pratheek Memorial Cricket Tournament, which started on August 25 came to an end on September 2, in Nalgonda where 32 teams from Suryapet, Yadadri- Bhongir and Nalgonda participated.
The tournament was organised by the youth wing of Komatireddy Pratheek Foundation at NG College Grounds in Nalgonda. Meanwhile, two teams have reached the finals, in which Bhagat Singh Cricket team won the match and took Rs 21,116 and a trophy home, followed by Ranji Cricket Club bagging second place.
While Khaleel was termed as Best Bowler, Riyasat bagged the Best Batsman awarded and the Man of the Series went to Prem Kumar.
Prizes were handed over to the winners by Foundation CEO MV Gona Reddy, TPCC secretary Syed Ameenuddin, Mandadi Narsi Reddy, Physical Education Teacher Giribabu and Gattupally Ashok Reddy.
