CV Anand gifts 3 German Shepard puppies to CISF
Senior IPS officer C V Anand, who is now on deputation to CISF and in-charge of the Airports as IG Airport sector, has gifted three German shepherd puppies to the CISF Canine Squad.
Hyderabad: Senior IPS officer C V Anand, who is now on deputation to CISF and in-charge of the Airports as IG Airport sector, has gifted three German shepherd puppies to the CISF Canine Squad.
The puppies will undergo training for nine months at the Telangana dog training school at Moinabad before they are deployed for work at the Shamshabad airport. At a function on Wednesday on the CISF campus at RGI Airport, Anand gifted three German shepherd puppies to the CISF Canine Squad. The dog squads play an important role as sniffers at airports.
An ardent dog and animal lover, Anand saw that the quality of sniffer dogs needed improvement at various airports and decided to contribute his mite to the cause by gifting high breed German Shepherd puppies born to his German shepherd pets, Don and Hazel to the airport.
