Former MP Midiam Babu Rao fired salvos on TRS government and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. On Friday, he expressed solidarity with the RTC employees in Kothagudem.

Speaking at a programme later, he condemned the TRS government's policies and slammed the Chief Minister for making insensitive comments against the strike and the corporation employees at a press meet in Hyderabad on Thursday.
He said the RTC workers have been on the path of strike for the last 20 days and its time the Chief Minister respond to their issues. Alleging that the CM was planning to privatise the organisation only to benefit a few people, he demanded the government to follow the orders of High court immediately.
CPM State Committee member K Ilaiah, district secretary A.Kanakaiah, AJ Ramesh, M Venkateswarlu, Krishan and others were attended the meeting.
