Hyderabad: Garbage dumped by GHMC in Vijaypuri

Kothapet: The residents of Vijaypuri Colony Road No. 2 allege the GHMC workers are dumping garbage in their vicinity.

The locals say the workers have been dumping garbage wherever possible to make things easy for them. Vijay Anand, a local resident, said, "The workers have no fear of their superiors as they carry on irregular dumping even after being warned several times. This has been going on for the past couple of months. We visited the GHMC office and made representations several times but all in vain."

"We have also tried to highlight the issue on social media by tagging superior officers but till now we haven't received any positive response," he added further.
