Inter results fiasco: Education Minister promises strict against guilty
Addressing the media in Suryapet on Tuesday, he said the State government would take stringent action against the persons responsible after receiving the committee’s report.
Suryapet: Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy stated that the fact-finding committee constituted by the State government to study the alleged goof-ups in the Inter exams results has accelerated its work. He expressed his concern over opposition parties making a hue and cry and added that students were under pressure and losing confidence with the attitude of opposition parties and the comments and protests by their leaders. He advised the parents of the students to not to worry and assured justice to all the students.
He further advised students to go for re-counting and re-verification process provided by Inter board to get relief from their doubts. Stating that a few political parties were trying to gain by politicising the issue, he urged the parents to not to fall in the trap of opposition parties who were creating unwanted nuisance.
