Man stabs cousin in drunken brawl

Hyderabad: A 22-year-old Rahul stabbed his cousin Rajender (26) in a drunken brawl at Gowlipura area under Chatrinaka police station limits on Saturday, the police said.
Rahul and Rajender are residents of Jubilee Hills. They went to their relative's place at Gowlipura on Friday for celebrating Rakshabandhan festival.
On Saturday night, the duo consumed alcohol. In an inebriated state, they had a heated argument and returned home at Gowlipura.
After returning, Rajender stabbed Rahul on his chest. Rahul was admitted to Osmania General Hospital, the police said.
On receipt of the information, the police registered a case under Section 307 IPC. Manhunt was launched to nab the suspect.
