Hyderabad: Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) chief Prof Kodandaram will be attending the opposition parties meeting in Mumbai for counting of VVPAT slips in 50 per cent of polling stations.

TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu extended an invitation to Kodandaram to attend the key meeting in which all main opposition parties from across the country will be taking part.

The communication from Naidu reads, "in continuation of our joint stand for counting of VVPAT slips of 50 per cent polling stations, it is decided to have a meeting at 1 pm on Tuesday, 23rd April, 2019 at Yeshwantrao Chawan Centre next to Mantralaya, Mumbai.

This will be followed by a press conference. You are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the above meeting. If in case, you are unable to attend, please depute a representative from your party."
