Telangana Govt making rapid strides on all fronts
“We are making rapid strides on all fronts and our welfare measures have become models for other states,” said Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy. He paid tributes to the martyrs at Rangadampalli Crossroads, here on Sunday.

Later he participated in the State Formation Day celebrations held at Degree College grounds and hoisted the national flag. Speaking on the occasion, the Speaker said the state government always stands by the people and all welfare schemes would reach to the beneficiaries. He also said that the state government had been striving hard to make farmers kings.
Later he felicitated the family members of martyrs. Pocharam, along with local legislator Harish Rao distributed fruits to the in-mates of government hospital. They watched the cultural shows presented on the occasion. MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, Husnabad MLA Satish Kumar, Collector Krishna Bhaskar, police commissioner Joel Davis, Municipal chairman Rajanarsu and others were present.
