The YSRCP leaders and State government were responsible for not getting Legislature approval for Appropriation Bills, reacted Chandrababu He said that Jagan tried to introduce a Bill for three capitals in the backdoor, despite knowing that the previous Bills were sent to Select Committee by the AP Legislature Council. As the ministers insisted on the three capitals and AP CRDA repeal bills and stalled the House, the Council chair concluded the Session. This was a failure of the government in identifying priorities. Jagan gave priority to destroy the Amaravati, but not to introduce the Appropriation Bills, he added.
