Visakhapatnam: Joining a dance floor to entertain nursing students, staff and hospital staff landed dermatologist, King George Hospital (KGH), Suryanarayana in soup on the Independence Day. Anyone taking a glimpse of the video that went viral on August 15 will be awestruck by the bubbling enthusiasm and energy exhibited by the doctor. However, it eventually landed him in trouble.
An ardent admirer of yesteryear actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao, the assistant professor entertained the audience with his energetic performance for a while. After showcasing his dancing prowess for a couple of patriotic songs, Suryanarayana then switched to a popular track of ANR 'Nenu puttanu ee lokam mechindi' in Prem Nagar.
A few minutes later, Sankara Rao, a sanitary staff of KGH, joined the dance floor as well. The duo's dance went viral on social media platforms, including WhatsApp. The doctor and the sanitary staff were in a jovial mood when they were dancing. But little did they know that it would land them in trouble.
Since they danced to an inappropriate song for the occasion, it has raised many eyebrows, including the KGH higher authorities. Apparently, KGH Superintendent G Arjun issued a memo to both of them. According to KGH officials, the doctor identified to be a fan of ANR and danced to the actor's peppy numbers on various occasions in the past as well.
