Srikakulam: Representatives of Kalinga Samskhema Sevasamithi (KSS) and elders of Kalinga community felicitated Legislative Assembly Speaker T Sitaram at Kalinga Bhavan here on Sunday. Speaker T Sitaram is belonged to Kalinga community in the district.
Speaking after felicitating Sitaram, KSS president and secretary H Krishna Rao and M Dharma Rao, former Central Minister K Kruparani, KSS Visakhapatnam representative Y Nageswara Rao and others said that YSRCP president and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy gave top priority to Kalinga community and appointed senior leader T Sitaram for the Speaker's post.
Speaking on the occasion, Speaker Sitaram said that now he has act more responsibly and expressed confidence on discharging duties without fear and any favour.
