Mechanic trio cares for injured cow in Kakinada
Three motor mechanics exhibited their love and concern for animals when they alerted Animal Husbandry Department to come to the rescue of a cow grievously injured in a road accident at Ramaraopet here on Thursday.
Kakinada: Three motor mechanics exhibited their love and concern for animals when they alerted Animal Husbandry Department to come to the rescue of a cow grievously injured in a road accident at Ramaraopet here on Thursday.
An unidentified vehicle hit the cow and an iron rod penetrated into its neck. Though the incident took place on morning, nobody cared for the cow until afternoon. However, three motor mechanics, J Murali, A Rambabu and Srinu observed the condition of the cow and informed the same to the Animal Husbandry Department Officials.
The Deputy Director of Animal Husbandry Department, G Ramesh immediately responded and engaged two veterinary doctors to treat the cow. The doctors and the residents in the vicinity appreciated the mechanics for taking care of the cow.
