SP Grewal opens police house exhibition in Eluru
A police open house exhibition was inaugurated by Superintendent of Police Navdeep Singh Grewal at police parade grounds here on Tuesday.
Eluru: A police open house exhibition was inaugurated by Superintendent of Police Navdeep Singh Grewal at police parade grounds here on Tuesday. The exhibition was arranged to coincide with police commemoration week from October 15 to 21. Vajra vehicle, landmine-proof vehicle, intercepter vehicle and others were displayed at the exhibition.
Students of various schools participated in the function. In an interactive session with students, the Superintendent of Police explained the students about the functioning of the police department and how they make use of different weapons and technology to solve different cases.
He informed the students that as part of commemoration week competitions in essay-writing, cartoon and painting would be held all over the district. The winners will be given prizes during martyrs parade scheduled on October 21.
