Close to 56 students who attended for interview got selected in final placements
Visakhapatnam: The MBA students of Indian Institute of Management (IIM)-Visakhapatnam, achieved 100 per cent placement for academic year 2017-2019.
Close to 56 students who attended for interview got selected in final placements in which more than 50 companies participated.
With the highest salary package of Rs 22 lakh per annum and average salary of Rs 12.61 lakh per annum, the institution broke all its previous records. Aditya Birla Payments Bank, Amul, GMR group, Berger Paints, Amara Raja Group, Bosch, Click Labs, HDFC Bank, HSBC, TVS Motors, YES Bank and Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) were few of the main recruiters in this year's placements.
The students were selected for sales and marketing, finance, leadership programme, programme management, consulting, IT advisory, general management, management analyst, business development, strategy and digital marketing domains.
