    Education minister Sabitha Indra Reddy told the teaching staff and parents not to scare about the spread of COVID-19 in educational institutions in the state. She made it clear that at present that situation in the state is not worrisome.     An Inter first-year student from Pidiseela village in Gajapatinagaram mandal committed suicide by hanging herself on Monday.     Eatala Rajender who was proven guilty should apologize to the people of Telangana, demanded TRS MLA Balka Suman. He said that Medak district collector has submitted a report that Jamuna Hatcheries related to Eatala Rajender has encroached 70 acres of assigned lands.     A robbery took place at an SBI ATM near KSRM Engineering College in Kadapa suburb of Andhra Pradesh. The thieves have stolen Rs 17 lakh from an ATM with the help of a gas cutter. According to police, five people entered the ATM just after midnight on Tuesday.

    The thieves sprayed the CCTV cameras in it to avoid recording and cut the ATM machine with a gas cutter and committed the theft.

    Bank staff who spotted the ATM theft this morning immediately informed the police. DSP Venkata Shiva Reddy along with the staff reached the spot and examined.

    The police have gathered the evidence in the surrounding areas with the clues team. The DSP said the case was registered and investigated as per the complaint lodged by the bank staff.

    TRS MPs on Tuesday walked out from both the houses of parliament in a protest against the centre over paddy procurement and suspension of 12 MPs. They staged protest outside the parliament and stated that they would boycott the entire winter sessions of the parliament as the centre turned deaf ears to their demand of procuring paddy from Telangana. Ever since the start of winter session on November 29, the TRS MPs raised their voice at the centre over paddy procurement. They raised slogans by displaying placards at the speaker's podium in Lok Sabha, disrupting the proceedings. MP K Keshava Rao also demanded the centre to provide justice to the farmers by the procuring the paddy if not lakhs of tonnes of paddy will be decomposed. The MPs said that they will hold a sit-in protest near the statue of Mahatma Gandhi on parliament premises.

    Popular journalist Chintapandu Ravi aka Teenmaar Mallanna on Tuesday joined BJP in Delhi in the presence of Telangana BJP state in charge Tarun Chug and the party state president Bandi Sanjay. After welcoming into the party, Tarun Chug handed over the party membership Mallanna. MP Dharmapuri Arvind and other BJP leaders were present.     The government of Andhra Pradesh has taken a key decision regarding layouts in the state. It has brought a provision that the layout owners should give 5 percent of the land to the government. The government has released an order stating that the owners had to pay the equivalent amount to the municipalities or they had to show land at a 3km radius in the area if there is less land in the layout.

    The state government has decided to give 5 percent of the land taken in layouts to the poor through the YSR Jagananna Colonies. Special Principal Secretary, Municipal Department Srilakshmi has issued a gazette notification to this effect.

    On the other hand, the Andhra Pradesh government has given the green signal for mutual transfers in government departments. The government has issued orders allowing transfers to this extent.

    It stated that it will lift the ban on transfers until January 4 and the transfers are permitted by mutual consent. As per the decision, those who have worked in the same place for two years are eligible for mutual transfers.

    Three persons have gone missing in Nagarjuna Sagar canal near Kattamkuru of Mudigonda mandal in Khammam district. The persons were the natives of Punjab. The incident came to light when the locals found mobile phones and chappals of three people on the river bank. The three persons are said to have arrived in Kattamkuru with a paddy harvesting machine but were found missing from Monday night. The police rushed to the spot and suspected they might have accidentally fall into the canal. With the help of the villagers, the police launched rescue measures to identify the victims. A case has been registered by the police.

    The missing of four students in Mangalagiri of Guntur district is causing a stir. Going into the details, the teachers reprimanded four students for going to the cinema yesterday afternoon and asked them to bring their parents. However, the four students did not go home. The parents have resorted to the police as their children have not come home since yesterday. According to the police, four students studying in a municipal school in Mangalagiri Tipper Bazaar have not returned home on Monday.

    Four students Venkat, Prabhu Deva, Santosh, and Venki, who live in Rajiv Grihakalpa, came to the school, as usual, yesterday and went to Akhanda Cinema without telling anyone from school and came back to school after the movie. Upon learning of the incident, the teachers reprimanded the students and sent them home to call their parents.

    As a result, the students who left the school did not go home. The parents, who waited till night, complained to the Mangalagiri police station. The police who registered the case are searching for the students.
