Chandanagar: Road to be widened for 1.5 km
GHMC officer Victor, Serilingampally Zonal Survey Inspector Keshavulu, Revenue Surveyor Mahesh Kumar, Chandanagar ACP Srinivas Yadav, besides local Corporator Bobba Navatha Reddy inspected the 1500-ft road as part of the efforts to solve problems in road-widening from Sridevi Theatre to Ameenpur.
Chandanagar: GHMC officer Victor, Serilingampally Zonal Survey Inspector Keshavulu, Revenue Surveyor Mahesh Kumar, Chandanagar ACP Srinivas Yadav, besides local Corporator Bobba Navatha Reddy inspected the 1500-ft road as part of the efforts to solve problems in road-widening from Sridevi Theatre to Ameenpur.
Addressing the officials, the corporator stated that they should meet to discuss the compensation to be paid to owners of houses/flats/lands required for the road-widening and strive to settle any court case. She called for expeditious action and steps by the officials in view of the work getting delayed.
The officials informed Reddy that they had already secured details of the properties hindering road-widening and pledged to cooperate to ensure that the payment of compensation and expeditious completion of the work takes place smoothly.
