GHMC job mela today at Rajendranagar
In order to provide job opportunities to unemployed youth including disabled persons, the GHMC has roped in private companies to organise a ‘Job Mela’ as part of the Employment Skill and Training Programme (ESTP) on November 23 at GHMC Rajendranagar office.
Rajendranagar: In order to provide job opportunities to unemployed youth including disabled persons, the GHMC has roped in private companies to organise a 'Job Mela' as part of the Employment Skill and Training Programme (ESTP) on November 23 at GHMC Rajendranagar office. Youth from 6 circles including Malakpet, Santosh Nagar, Chandrayangutta, Charminar, Falaknuma and Rajendranagar are eligible to attend the job mela.
To ensure that every eligible youth get the job, the companies, taking part in the job mela, would impart skill development training to the applicants as per their area of interest, before getting them assimilated into the company.
Young boys and girls aged between 18 to 30 years having Class 10, inter or degree qualifications can avail of the opportunities for various positions such as customer care executives, computer operators, computer hardware, animation, software developers, electrician, land surveyor etc.
Representatives of almost nine premier companies such as Vision India, National Academy of Construction, Times Centre for Learning Limited, Bhagyanagar Welfare Organization, All India Institute, NSIC, Samatha Welfare, Mind Map and IPSS are taking part in the mela.
The best part of this mela is even the disabled persons can also participate and try their best to grab opportunity. The mela would be held from 10 am to 4 pm. "This is a good opportunity for the educated unemployed youth. The GHMC has roped in good companies for this job mela to ensure the youth have employment opportunities under one roof," said the S.Anil Kumar, Project Officer UCD Section GHMC Circle No.11, Rajendranagar.
