Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Mahesh Bhagwat has suspended an Assistant Sub-inspector (ASI) attached to Balapur police station for misbehaving with a woman.
ASI Narendar has gone to a woman's home in Meerpet three days ago pertaining to a case inquiry. Upon learning, no one was at home, he misbehaved with the woman following which the SHE teams were informed.
The SHE team which investigated the case submitted a report to the CP who found the ASI guilty and suspended him. The CP Mahesh Bhagwat said that stringent action will be taken those who neglect their duties.
