The ISKCON temple at Secunderabad organized its 27th annual Jagannath Rath Yatra here on Wednesday. More than 5,000 devotees from the city took part in the chariot festival.

Secunderabad: The ISKCON temple at Secunderabad organized its 27th annual Jagannath Rath Yatra here on Wednesday. More than 5,000 devotees from the city took part in the chariot festival.

The yatra started at 1.15 pm from ISKCON Temple and passed via St Ann's School, Hari Hara Kala Bhavan, RP Road, Bata crossroads, Monda Market, old Gandhi Hospital crossroad, Clock Tower, Sarojini Devi Road, Sangeet theatre junction and returned to ISKCON temple at 6 pm.

The road from where the yatra began was decorated with colorful rangoli and devotees were chanting and holding placards of Lord Jagannath.
