Throwball team lauded for winning silver medal
Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) Managing Director and Vice-Chairman N Bangarraju congratulated the Andhra Pradesh Mens Throwball team for winning the silver medal in the 40th national Throwball championship held at Vikas Educational Institutions in Nunna from December 24 to 27.
Vijayawada: Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) Managing Director and Vice-Chairman N Bangarraju congratulated the Andhra Pradesh Mens Throwball team for winning the silver medal in the 40th national Throwball championship held at Vikas Educational Institutions in Nunna from December 24 to 27.
The SAAP Managing Director presented bouquet to the silver medalist team on Thursday and congratulated on winning the silver medal in the national tourney.
SAAP OSD P Ramakrishna, State Throwball Association Secretary E Sulochana and others participated.
Following are the members of the Andhra Pradesh Throwball team. A Akhil, K Devasi, B Sandeep, P Revanth (Krishna district); M Satish Kumar and Balu Sankar (West Godavari); Veerabhadra and Nagaraju (Kadapa); Y Pavan Kumar Reddy (Anantapur); Bharat (Kurnool) S Nanaji (Visakhapatnam) and Damodar (Srikakulam). Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu teams won the men’s and women’s national championship ended on December 27.
