Hyderabad: Governor ESL Narasimhan's address at the joint session of the legislature was nothing but a compilation of former chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy's schemes and projected that there has been no progress since three years, YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) said on Wednesday. Party senior leader K Ramakrishna said though the government failed on all fronts, the address was full of promises made by YSR. The document stated that after YSR's death, the growth rate in the State declined drastically. Ramakrishna said the Governor's speech neither spoke about the government's achievements nor the development plans. Although the government increased input subsidy per hectare to Rs 10,000, the input cost has gone up due to power shortage and scarcity of seeds and fertilisers.
