A 25-year-old Telugu student from Prakasam district drowned in a tragic incident in Texas, as per a news report on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Tatikonda Bala Surendra.
According to reports, Surendra hailing from Perala of Chirala mandal went to Texas on July 22. He drowned accidentally in a river in Texas.
Surendra's family is running a provisional store in Perala village. His friends informed about the death over the phone. A pall of gloom descended on the village after Surendra's death.
