Upset over frequent interruption of the proceedings by indulging in sort of running commentary on each and every issue in the State Assembly, Speaker K Sivaprasad Rao pulled up YSRCP member Roja. When the House was witnessing heated debate on Pattiseema and other issues, Roja went on making some comments. The Speaker then asked the member not to talk unnecessarily in the House and obstruct the proceedings.
