Visakhapatnam: Rising Stars Summer Roller Skating Championship 2016 was organised by the Shivaji Park Skating Association here at Shivaji Park on Sunday in which more than 200 skaters participated.
Association general secretary Mahendra Tated said this kind of skating championships would help new skaters to build strong foundation and the championship was held under the supervision of 10 referees.
Andhra University Sports Officer Vijay Mohan flagged off the championship in which boys and girls below 16 years of age took part.
