Kisan Sabha opposes new agri policy, land acquisition

AP Rythu Sangam national vice- presidents Vizu Krishnan and Sarampalle, State president and secretary P Peddireddy and Vangala Subba Rao and Koulu Rythu Sangam president and secretary N Rangarao and P Jamulaiah respectively participated in the Jatra.

The Kisan Sabha called for opposing the new agriculture policy of the government which only landed the sector in bankruptcy.

National vice-president Sarampalle called for stalling land acquisition from farmers and put an end to the farm suicides. “Rural pension of Rs 3,000 should be given to farm labourers. Loan waiver should be effected at one go,” he added. The Kisan Sabha is demanding the government to concede their 19 demands.
