Guntur: Rural SP Ch Venkata Appala Naidu on Sunday reviewed arrangements for Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's visit in Donepudi village under Kollur mandal of Guntur district to participate in the Grama Darshini programme on Monday.
The CM will inaugurate Pothurlanka Lift Irrigation Scheme on Monday.
The SP directed the officials take all the precautionary measures to avoid untoward incidents. He further said that precautionary measures should be taken on the occasion Grama Darshini programme.
He said that he had deployed 800 police personnel for security and added that parking place was also allotted for VVIPs vehicles.
Special parties stepped up vigilance on the movements of strangers. Bomb disposable squad and sniffer dogs inspected the place.
