Nellore: A woman killed son of her paramour expressing anger over discontinuing extramarital affair. The ghastly incident occurred at Balajipet in Kaluvoya mandal which came to fore when the dead body of the 4-year-old boy found in a gunny bag on Wednesday.
The accused was identified as Rathamma. According to sources, Rathamma was having an extramarital relationship with Srinu of the same village. After some time, Srinu stopped visiting her and she expressed anger over him for discontinuing relationship with her.
On Tuesday evening, Rathamma took Bhanuchandar (4) from the Anganwadi Centre luring to give biscuits. She had beaten him up, pressed his neck and killed him. The boy died on the spot and she placed the dead body in a gunny bag.
Innocent parents of the boy were unaware of their kid and were searching for him and finally came to know that Rathamma had taken him out from the Anganwadi Centre.
They searched at the residence of Rathamma and found body of the boy in the gunny bag. Villagers informed the police, who rushed to the village, and took Rathamma into their custody.
