Vijayawada: The students of Zoology and Paramedical department of Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala participated in Pulse 2018 competition organised by Andhra Loyola College and won prizes, said the college principal Dr M Nalini here on Thursday.

She said that P Iswarya won the first prize and U Madhuri won third prize in essay-writing competition, D Swathi and P Jyothsna won third prizes in facial painting, T Harika won second prize in Solo Dance, Sravani and Gayatri won second prize in Group Singing.

Consolation prizes were won Ch Akhila in Paper presentation, P Iswarya in Debate, Umaima in group discussion. B Iswarya and team won third prize in Group dance.

The college director Dr T Vijayalakshmi, Dr KN Varalakshmi, B Kusuma and faculty were present.
