Reliance quiz grand finale on Dec 21

Kakinada: Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has undertaken various initiatives for promoting education in its operational area and East Godavari district under CSR activity.

On the occasion of birth anniversary of founder chairman Dhirubhai H Ambani, the RIL has been organising district-level quiz competition (Reliance Dhirubhai Ambani Quiz) in association with the District Education Department, covering all the Government and private high schools in the district.

District Educational Officer S Abraham on Friday unveiled the poster of quiz competition at his office in Kakinada.

After successfully organizing this event for the last eight years, RIL is now planning to hold the ninth edition of RDQA-2018.

The programme started on October 3 was completed at Rajamahedravaram, Amalapuram and in Kakinada on first three days. On December 6, it will be conducted at ITDA Meeting Hall, in Rampachodavaram in agency area.

Students of Class 7 to Class 10 can take part in the quiz through their schools. Each school can send two teams, each team consisting of two students.

Teams from the Government and Private schools will be chosen for the Grand Finale to be held on 21st December at Kakinada.
