The mishap occurred at Survey of India, under the Uppal police station limits when a truck struck the two-wheeler he was travelling on from behind.
According to the police, he suffered a head injury and died on the spot. The truck driver, Dinesh, a native of Uttar Pradesh, has been arrested and a case was registered against him.
