India’s first solar powered apartment has been developed by start up construction company Supra Builders Pvt. Ltd in Kondapur. The 400 square yards apartment has been christened Pride Supra Homes and all houses have been sold. “The 12KW solar rooftop installation is the primary source of electricity to eight flats, illuminating 200 lights, 40 fans, 8 TVs and computers,” informed a software professional-cum-real estate builder,
