Rajath Kumar directs DGP to immediate release of Revanth Reddy
Telangana Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Rajath Kumar directed the police department to release Revanth Reddy immediately.
Reacting the lunch motion moved by Congress party, the Hyderabad High Court objected the arrest of Revanth Reddy and directed the DGP and Rajath Kumar to release Revanth Reddy. Soon after the court asked the CEO, he wrote to DGP to free Revanth Reddy from police custody.
Meanwhile, the Congress leaders at noon submitted a memorandum to Rajath Kumar appealing to release Revanth Reddy.
