The ACP S Malla Reddy accepted that Rakesh Reddy called up on the phone. He stated that Rakesh is familiar to him as an accused in old cases and with that familiarity he called him.
ACP Malla Reddy stated that Rakesh Reddy told him that two people fought in his house and one fell down and injured. On that he suggested Rakesh to inform the matter to the local police and do act according to their advice. Meanwhile police higher officials are enquiring the police links of Rakesh Reddy to get clarity in the case.
