1. BLUEBERRY CINNAMON OLD FASHIONED
Fill a glass with ice, then add 1 oz. whiskey, 1 oz blueberry juice, 3/4 oz. cinnamon simple syrup, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters. Top with sparkling water, and garnish with frozen blueberries or a rosemary twig.

2. POLYJUICE POTION
Add 2 tablesopoon apple butter to a glass, and pour 1/2 oz. honey syrup and 2 1/2 oz. rooibos tea over it. Top with 1/2 oz. St. Germain and 1 1/2 oz.Maker's Mark bourbon.

3. RATTLE SNAKE
Shake 2 oz. Ritten house Rye, 3/4 oz. Cinnamon syrup, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, and 1 egg white with ice, and strain into a chilled glass. if desired, garnish with 6-8 drops Angostura bitters.

4. NAUGHTY OR SPICE
Add one part Laphroaig select Whiskey, 1/2 part simple syrup, and 1/2 part lemon juice to a shaker. strain over ice, and garnish with candied ginger and grated cinnamon.

5. MAPLE PANCAKE OLD FASHIONED
Combine 2 oz. Rye whiskey, 3/4 oz. Monin Maple pancake flavouring, and 3 or 4 dashes orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice. stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

6. SLOW & LOW
Add 1/2 oz. Knob Creek Rye, 1/2 oz. sfumato Amaro, and 4 oz. coconut Lacroix to a collins glass with ice. Granish with half a lime wheel.

7. KENTUCKY COFFEE
Combine 1 1/4 oz. Bulleit Bourbon and 2 1/2 oz. coffee of your choice in a mug , adding vanilla brown sugar syrup and creamer to taste.
