Tirumala: From now on devotees can avail the VIP evening break darshan facility on only one day in a week. After deliberating over the evening break darshan issue for some time, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has finally announced the cancellation of this category of break darshan for six days in a week. Several devotees expressed their happiness on the decision.
TTD is forced to issue VIP break darshan tickets and consequently it had to increase the break darshan time from one hour to two to three hours. This made the ordinary devotees to wait for long hours in the queue.
Adding to this, with holidays starting the pilgrims rush increased phenomenally. After observing the pathetic situation of the pilgrims, TTD cancelled the VIP evening break darshan.
