Warangal: One Khaja Basha of Gudur mandal, in Warangal district, was arrested by the police on Thursday for allegedly confining his wife in their house for seven years and resorting to torture. The victim managed to free herself and lodge a complaint to the police, who said a rowdy-sheet was opened in the past against Basha.
