According to latest reports, the meeting will now be held on October 19.

It's a known fact that the weather over the last few days has been stormy with showers in parts of the city. According to the Meteological department, the AP-Odisha cost will be hit by cyclone Hudhud on Sunday. The mega plenary which was to be held at the LB Stadium in Uppal was to see around 30,000 delagates in attendance. This would have been followed by a public meeting at the Parade grounds in Secunderabad.

Elaborate arrangements were being made to make it a mega event. However, with the weather threatening to play spoilsport, the date had to be pushed. Irrigation minister T Harish Rao is keeping Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao updated on the developments.
