Hyderabad : Glowing tributes were paid to former Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao on his 13th death anniversary on Saturday.
Prominent leaders of different political parties offered floral tributes to the late Prime Minister at PV Gnana Bhoomi here on Saturday. They included Assembly Speaker Madhusudan Chary, Ministers Nayani Narasimha Reddy and Talasani Srinivas Yadav, TPCC President Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, ex-Chief Minister K. Rosaiah and BJP MP Bandaru Dattatreya.
Speaking to media persons, the Assembly Speaker said that Narasimha Rao had a command over different languages and the economic reforms introduced during his regime as the Prime Minister brought immense development in the country. Other leaders too recalled the services of Narasimha Rao for the people and nation.
