Siddipet: Minister Harish Rao on Friday appreciated ration dealers for proper implementation of new rules and regulations. He was addressing a meeting after distributing cheques of commission dues to ration dealers. The minister appealed to them to provide useful services to the people. He assured them to avoid loss of rice by arranging modern weighing machines at MLS points and identification cards to each dealer.
Harish Rao announced issuance of new ration cards to the eligible, very soon. Rao recalled his association with the new collector Krishna Bhaskar’s mother Lakshmi Parthasarathi, who worked as prinicipal secretary when he was minister for youth services in 2004. Earlier, Krishna Bhaskar welcomed the minister by offering a sapling. Dubbaka legislator Ramalinga Reddy was present.
